3 Steps to Create Life Transformation using the Law of Attraction

One vital law of the universe that we see evidence of all the time, but just don't know we see the evidence is the Law of Attraction. Once you understand how to use the law of attraction to create your own life experience, you will see your transformation...

As a school counselor, I was working with an incredibly unmotivated student, who appeared to not care about his academic performance. Unfortunately, as a result of his lack of motivation, he was failing many classes.

One day, he made the decision that he wanted to change his work habits so that he could pass for the year. He told me that he had a big test coming up in Science that he studied for the night before. I asked him to explain to me what he knew about the Science test.

1. You must make the decision that change is necessary for you!

He went on to tell me about Newton's First Law of Motion. Simply stated, an object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. A light bulb went off in my head as he was explaining this to me. I asked him how this law applies to him as a student and he made the connection that without any change in his behavior, or any desire to change his behavior (a force), his study habits would remain the same and his behavior would "remain at rest".

What force in your life, is going to lead you to a positive change?

Once you're in motion and have created those positive habits, they will continue and you will remain in motion, reinforced by the results of your actions.

The law of gravity and Newton's first law of motion are obvious, we see evidence of them...all the time. I know when I'm hiking down a trail, I frequently trip and if I don't catch myself, fall on my face. If I'm rock climbing and am just too tired to hang on any longer, I fall.

Gravity...sometimes it's a burden. So is the law of attraction, if you're not using it to your advantage.

2. Notice what thoughts are NOT working for you! Document those negative thoughts, so you may see how frequently they occur.

Our universe responds to vibrations from everything, our thoughts included. Our thoughts are made up of energy, positive and negative, depending on the content. The universe has limitless power that we can tap into through our beliefs and our feelings. If we believe that our life stinks, our job stinks, our boss stinks...then those things will be reinforced and reflected back to us by continuing to stink. If we truly find the value in the things around us, the joy in our lives, then the universe will send us more joy and more positive experiences into our lives.

3. Change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts and statements. BE CONSISTENT.

Create post-it notes of things that you would like to see more of. Place them on your mirror, on your ceiling, on your walls, everywhere. See what happens. Is it more money you'd like to manifest? A better body image? A better relationship with loved ones...or not so loved ones?

Don't give up just because you don't see evidence of it right away. This process takes time, as any transformation.

Whatever it is, you can create it. Start with this simple exercise and note what happens. This shit works.
