Yep. It was you, sorry to break it to you. You are the ONLY one who can create your day, week, month, life. No one else. Unless...you give them permission.

I know what you're thinking. "If you only knew what she said...what she did.." Here's an honest question: How much control do you have over another person? Truly, none. Zip. Zero. Zilch.

Step 2: Recognize and identify your thoughts about what happened. Write them down.
